The location was amazing - ease of access to Plaza de Callao. Further, it was adjacent to all the main Plaza's, nearest Metro about a 5 minute walk, all common transport and the underground station and probably the most important retail street in Madrid.

Incredibly nice and affable staff as one would expect. Offers marvellous location in a perfectly safe area.

The queen room was stocked and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was very clean and I slept very well. The location was magnificent, near Fnac. Moreover, it was not far from centre of Madrid and the night club across the road.

As for me, the area was not that good.

The room was individual and outstanding, with wi-fi, computers plus coffee, slept really well. The location was super for walking around a famed street.

excellent location, clean room, good value for money, night life

The rooms were clean, when our shower head was broken I told reception and someone came and fixed first thing the next morning. There was a good LCD TV in our room. the use of free internet and free printing was extremely useful.

The room was a little noisy but this was not a huge issue, but it may be during busy periods. There was a large amount of prostitutes in the area which may put some people off however they were not threatening in anyway and didn't approach you.

Marvellous service was provided here.

i enjoyed new-fashioned room with a balcony and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. the team provided an outstanding service. early check-in was a bonus.
